the weather is nice

a view from right outside my apt. on ave c. (excuse the picture quality. i took this with my cell phone.)

there's a hole in my shoes.

a short while back i noticed a hole at the bottom of my shoes. they're fairly new and they weren't cheap so i was pretty bummed. but in all fairness, i did wear them a lot. so i'm in search of a new pair of casual shoes.

they should be flat, lace-up, simple, and slightly sporty. i'd prefer black but shades of brown/tan are also acceptable.

1. a pair just like this by n°11 would be perfect. =)
2. these marc jacobs ones are also nice, but they're a bit too sleek and shiny for me.
3. i love love love these shoes by plantation.

so i finally created one of these. i don't know if it will cover any particular subject. i'm making a personal site, and i just thought it would look nice to also have a personal blog linked with it. i'm just going to go with the flow and see where this goes...
